Out-of-Network Benefits
If your PPO plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to submit for reimbursement. We can provide a superbill after your visit. Coverage and reimbursement amounts depend on your individual insurance plan.

Cancel or reschedule anytime
Give us at least
24 hours notice
and there is no charge. We appreciate the heads-up.
Late cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a
$25 fee
. We understand life happens — fees are applied at our discretion.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance is not required. All visits are offered on a self-pay basis. If you have a PPO plan with out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement — we can provide a superbill to help.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for all visit types.
Are labs and medications included in the visit price?
No. Lab work, imaging, and prescriptions are not included in the visit fee. If ordered, they are billed separately through your pharmacy or lab.
When is payment collected?
Payment is collected before your visit begins.
Are GLP-1 medications included in the weight loss visit fees?
GLP-1 medications are not included in the visit. We do not sell or bill for medications. If medication is appropriate, it will be prescribed to your pharmacy. Depending on your insurance, it may be covered if eligible. If insurance does not provide coverage, we can help you access manufacturer self-pay programs when available.
